My child has made a payment without my permission

In order to make online payments possible, we have to assume that the player making the payment has permission from the cardholder. Unfortunately unlike a physical store we don't have the facility to ask for a signature or the card's pin code. We recommend that you always make credit card payments yourself, rather than giving the card to your child.
